How does the free trial work?
You get the full membership — the line, onboarding, everything — free for 7 days. A card is required at signup, and the first $29 charge lands after day 7. Cancel any time during the trial from the billing portal and you pay nothing.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you're unhappy for any reason in your first 30 days, email us or say so on the line and we refund your first payment in full. No form, no retention script.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal on your member desk, in about three clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period — the line stays open until then.
Why isn't there a free tier?
Staffing a real line with people costs money, and an unstaffed line is worse than none. The membership fee is what keeps a human answering twelve hours a day, every day — and what gets us to 24/7.
Can I pay in crypto?
No — and be suspicious of anyone protecting you from crypto scams who asks to be paid in crypto. Checkout runs on Stripe with a normal card.
